Hi there, I'm Kollie! - Precision Nutrition and National Academy of Sports Medicine certified Nutrition Coach and ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Most importantly, I am lucky to claim the titles of wife, dog mom and barrel racer. 

My mission is to help you become the happiest and healthiest version of yourself through nutrition and fitness, in the easiest way possible.

To achieve lasting, sustainable results without giving up the food and life that you love.

To become the strongest and most confident rider that you know you are capable of being. 



Because I've been there, on both ends of the spectrum.

I've tried the quick fix diets & 30-day exercise challenges, I've struggled to stick to the latest 'diet trend' for more than a couple of weeks. I've told myself that I would do better; starting over every Monday, first of the month or new year. Long weekends competing with the horses were always the most challenging for me.

It wasn't until truly understanding the basics of nutrition and what best fuels my body that I learned to have a balanced approach to eating whole, nutrient dense foods and my favorite sweets & drinks, while still loving my body.

Staying active has always been important to me, but for a long time it was for the wrong reason - to 'burn it off,' thinking that I needed to be the smallest version of myself. 

Come to find out, the smallest version of myself was not the happiest or healthiest. Low energy, low self-esteem and unsustainable best summarized this point in my life.

I now exercise to show up for both myself and my horses, to become the strongest version of myself both physically and mentally. If I've learned one thing in my life of riding and competing, it's that the sport and western lifestyle is as physically demanding as it is mentally!


After years of trial & error, feeling stuck, and finally finding the sweet spot in life with my overall wellness, I began helping others do the same. My goal with No Bounds Wellness is to challenge you to step outside of your comfort zone to show up for yourself to become the strongest & most confident rider you can be!


In a world full of quick fixes and diet supplements, I truly believe in building sustainable nutrition and exercise habits that will last for the long-term.
